Reading this piece, I wonder - how much can the horse drag the cart? In terms of leading ourselves down the path of belief. How often does it 'find us', and how much, or how often, do we have to 'put the work in' in the way you've outlined? I suppose the answer is a good mix of both... but I don't know! Thank you - I think you need a mix of both here: concerted effort, but also time set aside for letting go. This is, I think, the same pattern as 'yin' and 'yang'.
